Redvex has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Well, i downloaded redvex yesterday, then i configured it and now, sometime when im using it, it randomly says :

redvex has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to know if i can do something ?

I moved redvex files to many different places and it changed nothing.
